Mikael Juhani Koistinen sounds like a very Finnish name. It indeed is and you shall picture a young gentleman in the early 20s with typical Scandinavian flair (and playing style). Koistinen re-entered before the start of Day 2 and so far turned his 80,000 into what looks like 930,000.
