The €800 Main Event of the Mega Poker Series consists of one starting day with providing eight levels of 60 minutes. As well as eight levels of 60 minutes on Day 2. One optional re-entry  is available during the late registration period and players start with 80,000 in chips. Late registration is possible till the end of level nine (end of the first level of Day 2).

As of Day 3 and until the end of the tournament, the level duration of the Main Event increases to 75 minutes. In heads-up, the levels will be shortened to 30 minutes each.

Tournament format: No Limit Hold’em

Main Event buy-in: €720+€80

Late Registration: Until end of Level 9

Re-Entry: Single re-entry per starting day available

 

– The MPS Main Event Final Table will be nine-handed

– At heads up stage, levels will be 30 minutes

– If a deal has been agreed to (only by ICM), levels will continue at 30 minutes

– If a deal has been agreed to, players will continue to play for 10% of the remaining prize pool or finish the tournament at this point

– If a deal has been agreed to and one of the players is eliminated, another deal can be made (same rules as above apply)

 

The Main Event will pay out approximately top 12% of the field with regards to unique entries whereas the Side Events will reward the top 10% of the field. All players earn points towards the seasonal leaderboard by finishing in the money, Satellites excluded.
