Bozic’s Table Talk Fails

MPS Vienna 2015 champion Andelo Bozic needed a miracle (or re-entry if he can still use one) in order to make Day 2 here in Barcelona after one of his usual hands with lots of table talk didn’t result in the fold of his opponent. The board was already complete, reading 9cAhQh and there were 52,000 chips in the pot.

Bozic had moved all in for 31,200 and his opponent tanked with less behind. “What you got? King-queen? Uhh he got an ace, I am sweating,” the Croat said and looked at his hands. “I am not stronger than an ace, I promise you that. Or maybe?” he laughed.
