Siepmann’s Bluff Doesn’t Get Through

In a battle of the blinds, Natascha Siepmann raised from the small blind and Roman Valerstein just flat-called from one seat over. On the 8d flop, Siepmann check-called a bet of 65,000 and then led the turn for 126,000. Valerstein didn’t go anywhere and made the call to see the on the river.

Siepmann carefully cut out some rose T-25,000 chips and eventually bet 250,000. Valerstein quickly pushed forward some chips for the call and the German online qualifier sighed. “You win,” were the words of Siepmann before she tabled the Ks2h. Valerstein turned over the winning Ah and is up to what looks like 1.3 million whereas Siepmann is now at 1.43 million.
